Brief Description: Fabrication & painting of the trim tab
I fabricated the two halves of the trim tab, then primed them along with the horns and some other parts. I am using Alodine aluminum treatment prior to the 2-part epoxy primer (PPG).
Painting is taking a lot of time on this project. This time will significantly extend the building time well beyond the RANS estimate.
