Brief Description: test strobe/nav lights, torque seal asst nuts

Today I tested the strobe and nav light system. I had to charge the battery overnight as it was providing too low of voltage for the strobe powerpack. Once the charged battery was in place, both the strobe and nav lights worked appropriately. I've ordered a new Odessy battery for the plane. I also went around the plane and applied torque seal to an assortment of nuts to assist in pre-flight and safety inspections. Last, I reinstalled the aileron push-puill tube exit fairings.
