Brief Description: Rivet trim, install top trim etc
The bottom trim pieces on the doors are riveted to the door frame, but trail out to the rear rather far unsupported. The manual suggests adding rivets as needed. I decided to place a standard driven rivet at the rear of the bottom trim piece where it overlaps the rear trim piece. This will keep the bottom trim piece tight against the rear trim piece. The rivets worked nicely.
I also installed the foam seals around the door trim perimeter. Michael then assisted in hanging the doors and checking the latch mechanism for function and fit. He then assisted in installing the top-inside trim piece that bridges the gap between the top of the door and the door frame (fuselage). These pieces are held in place with pulled rivets.
