Brief Description: Paint, install door latch hardware etc
This morning I un-masked the grey stripes. They look so-so, and will require some touch-up work. Fortunately my younger son is way into painting little war-hammer figures (think modern-day toy soldiers) and is more than willing to do touch-up work on my crude paintwork.
I then masked the green stripes and painted them. It was quite hot today, and the paint went off very quckly, especially in my greeenhouse/paint booth.
This afternoon I was able to install the door latch hardware on the left door, and got started on the right door. I had to do some "adjusting" to get all the parts to work together on the latch system, but it all came together and it moves fairly smoothly. I still have to install the wear-plates on the door opening tubes as you can see in the photos.
