Today I applied several coat of finish paint to the trim pieces for both doors. My mini paint-booth as similar to a greenhouse in construction (constructed entirely of excess carbon dioxide emitted by my lavish, extravagant lifestyle), and heats up like an oven during the day. Result, paint goes off quickly.
While the paint was baking, I fitted, trimmed and match-drilled the lexan panel for the left-side door. Next I installed the lexan and trim pieces to the left door, first cleco'ing them together and checking the fit, then using pulled-rivets for the permanent installation. The door fits nicely, as you can see in the third photo below.
(BTW- I am definitely purchasing a pneumatic rivet puller for the next project)
