It is time to install the ailerons and flaps. As I began the work, I did not like the quality of the paint finish on the parts. The paint just did not look good, with too much debris in the final coat (a hazard of painting next to a horse arena in a make-shift paint booth).
I sanded all four of the wing control surface parts, then applied a cross-coat of finish paint. I applied a second cross-coat an hour later.
