Brief Description: Strobe power unit mounting and wiring
I am mounting the strobe power unit to the bottom of the rear seat. I was advised to electrically isolate the unit from the seat frame (Something about very high voltages being conducted into the passengers butt in the event of a unit short-circuit/failure). I have some Baltic Birch plywood that matched the floorboard material supplied by RANS, so I am using some of that for the mounting base for the power supply.
I also mounted the base to the seat support frame using padded (insulated) clamps. Overkill possibly, but not difficult, heavy or expensive.
