Repaired Heater Hose Coupling

While checking the plane for its first flight after sitting in the Garage for a month due to getting the house ready for my yearly fly-in. I found that a Plastic Heater Hose Coupling had coolant around it. When I wiped it away, more came out.
The coupling had a crack and I had to replace it. But it was below the engine and taking the hose apart will drain the coolant. I cut the hose and tried to let it drain into a bottle, but lost a lot on the garage floor.
I cut the coupling off the lower hose, and replaced the upper hose so it would reach the shorter lower hose and installed a metal coupling.
I refilled with the coolant I had left. I was short and had to barrow some coolant from Steve Barber who also has a Viking powered Searey.
