After the reinforcenments were fit, I removed the baffles from the engine, drilled, dimpled and installed the parts on the baffles. At this point I also enlaged the 1/4" holes to 17/64" diameter. After installing the reinforcements I reinstalled the baffles on the engine and made sure everything fit together, especially the bolts. I will enlarge the 3/16" diameter holes at a later point.
