Figured out the space between the cowl air inlet and the front of the FAB. Then went ahead and made a foam block approximately the same thickness. I had to glue together two pieces of foam as shown on the picture. Once the glue dried I shaped the foam block so that it would fit into the cowl air inlet, drilled a small diameter hole in the middle of the foam block and pushed this block into the air inlet as shown on the picture. Once I was satisfied with the fit I glued the foam block in place with Bondo autobody filler.
