Rivet Oil Access Door to Cowling. Countersink all the rivet holes in the fiberglass, rough up the hinge and the underside of the cowl where the hinge is installed and the hinge. Drill the holes for the camlock (use 3/8" for the base and 1/4" for the stud). The fiberglass was quite thin so I added some reinforcing using a thin layer of JB Weld. Use a small layer of T88 and rivet the camlock base and the hinge.
