Make F-635B spacer from 0.063 2024-T# alclad. Match drill fabricated spacer with the F-635A elevator bellcrank using #30 drill bit. Make the two F-635C spacers from AT-058x3/8 aluminum tube. Deburr the above parts. Enlarge the rivet holes to #30 on the F-635A assembly and deburr the parts. Fit and cleco the parts together.
