Decided to make an access hole in each of the wings. I placed the access holes between the second and third ribs from the end of the wing. This will make it a lot easier to rivet on the bottom outboard wing skins. I used one of the existing cover plates to cut the holes. Once the holes were made I cut and fitted the new cover plates. Made three strips of aluminum for the base (for each access holes) to the cover plate which were riveted to the wing skins and installed the platenuts to hold the cover plate in place.
