Strip the blue plastik around the pre-punched holes. Deburr the F724 B cover plates. Drill the pre-punched holes to #40 and deburr.Enlarge screw holes using #25 drill bit, deburr and dimple for #6 screws. Drill the corresponding holes (4 on each side) on the fuselage using #40 drill bit, deburr and drill with #25 drill bit and deburr. Dimple the four holes on both sides of the fuselage for #6 screws. Drill the rivet holes on the fuselage for the KM-1100 countersunk platenuts with # 40 drill bit. Countersink the rivet holes for the NAS1097AD4-4 Oops rivets. The fuselage skin was too thin for countersinking for the regular rivet.
