Cleco the mapbox into the panel . Measure and cut the sub-panel angles for the sub-panel. Make the needed adjustments and deburr. On the right angle I had to drill a 1/4" hole to clear a rivet in the sub-panel. On the left angle I had to cut a small opening for the subpanel structure.
