Brief Description: Copper Bar (Master/Starter Relay)
Made two identical copper bars as per DWG 31A. Had to lay our the holes for the relay studs very accurately that took a lot of time. Then I also found out that it is really hard to drill holes into copper. The step drill worked the best, still not very easy. Had to drill #40 holes, then use the step drill to 5/16" and then finish with a 5/16" twist drill.. Came out right on the money. For the installation I loosened all the bolts on the starter/master relay, installed the two copper bars and retightened the bolts.
