The engine is encased in foam, so in order to get it out of the box the first thing I had to do is to get some of the fome around the engine out by digging and cutting. This was absolutly a miserable job. Took about 2 hours in the morning. At 12 noon I drove out to the airport (FNL) with my truck and with Bill Arnold's help hould back the engine hoist. Using the engine hoist it took us about 1 hour to get the engine on a dolly I built for this purpose. I covered the engine with plastic sheet. Now the engine is waiting in the garage to be mounted on the fuselage. I hope to do that by the end of the month.
