Install the tire on the nosewheel: Coated the inner tube and the interior of the tire with talcum powder. Inserted the wheel halves into the tire, pushed the stem through the hole in the wheel half and after checking carefully for proper alignmet compressed the tire halves together enough to get the thee bolts started. I made sure that the inner tube is not caught between the wheel halves by clikking them together and listening for clear metallic sound. Torqued the bolts to 65 in.-pounds and slowly inflated the tire to 60 pounds. Deflated and inflated the tire 3 times than inflated to 35 pound. The pressure is holding. Drill the undersize hole on the WD-631 PC to size and test fit to the nose gear axle.
