Enlarge the undersized hole on both U-403 to 5/16". The other hole was drilled to size. The Brake Mounting Plates did not slide on U403's. It took a lot of sanding to enlarge the holes to make it fit. Also cleaned up the axles with #80 Emery Cloth and fine Crocus Cloth to provide a better fit for U-403. I am sure this will need some more sanding for the bearings.
