Enlarge the upper portion of the lightening holes useing the dremmel tool cutoff weel in F-619-L&R access ribs and F-619-L&R inboard seat ribs. For the access ribs I remobed the F-719B access plate to trim off the needed material. For the inboard ribs I trimed off the access in place. This was a slow process of try and fit and try again.
