Temporarily screw the F-758/F-766A assembly to the floor and clamp the F-767 attach plate to the top of the channel. Clamp the attach plate to the cross piece of the F-705 bulkhead, adjust and drill through the pre-punched holes in the bulkhead into the F-767 attach plate.
