Mark center of flanges on F-982D heat baffle. Align with centers of the pre-punched holes in F-982c center cabin cover and match drill, using F-982C as a drill guide and deburr holes.Mark throttle, carb heat and mixture control holes on F-982E access plate as per DWG 34A and drill to 0.5" diameter using the step drill. Deburr holes.
