Hang the rudder pedal/break assembly between two work tables using the UHMW bearing blocks and clamp to the table. The rudder pedal assembly is now in the same position as in the fuselage. Clamp the lower tubes of the rudder pedal assembly to an aluminum angle. This will align the rudder pedals. Position the break pedals so they are in the same plane across the assembly and clamp the upper edge of the break pedals together first on the left then on the right side (I made a small wood block to do this, glued to an aluminum angle; this was necessary because one of the pedals was inside the tubular frame). Install the break cylinders and drill in assembly to the break pedals. Install the 4 break master cylinders as per DWG 37. Install the rudder/break pedal assembly into the fuselage.
