Rivet angle support to backing plate. Cleco assembly to wing rib just outboard of the inspection plate. Back drill the 6 rivet holes into the bottom of the wing matching the holes in the backing plate. To do this, clecoed the wing skin to the front spar. To hold the skin in place also clecoed the skin along the two wing ribs on both side of the pitot bay. Used about 6 clecos from the front spar. Rolled up the skin from the back and using a mirror and an angle drill, drilled the 6 rivet holes. To steady the pitot mount, I made an angle brace for the back side of the mounting plate. It is fastened to the ribs on both side of the rib bay.
