Counter sunk the rivet holes on the strip for AN426 flush rivets. Enlaged the screw holes in the strip to 5/32 and deburr.Rivet six 6-32 nutplates to the strips using AN426AD3-3.5 rivets. Attach strips to inside of lens using 2-sided tape. Enlarge the screw holes in the plexi lens to 5/32 and countersink to fit dimple in wing skin. Dimple wing skin for 6-32 screw. Slide lens in place and install stainless screws. Used a strapping tape to position lens and used a pointed tool to position lens.
