Modify the E-917 and E-918 trim tab horns for electric operation. Bend the trim tab trailing edge using the homemade break. Bend the end tabs on the elevator trim skin using a home made break as shown on page 6-11. Cleco, drill debur and dimple the skin spar and trim tab horn. Countersink the top row of the spar.
