Back-rivet skin stiffeners to the top of E-901-L. Rivet the E-903 and E-904 rib webs together (counterbalance). Rivet E-913 counterbalance skin to the ribs. Start at the leading edge and work aft. Rivet two E-910 and two K1000-6 nutplates to left elevator spar (E-902). Rivet root rib (E-905) and left spar (E-902) together. Rivet WD-605L to the rib and spar.
