Rivet the R-913 counterbalance skin to the counterbalance rib. Install the E-614-020 counterweight. Using the left skin as a guide match drill the trailing edge pattern of holes into a rigid straight pice of aluminum angle. Machine counter sink the AEX wedge using the drilled aluminum angle to hold the wedge backing it up with a square piece of wood. Cleco both skins to the skeleton except the top rib. Cleco the trailing edge together with both skins and the AEX wegde and the aluminum angle. Check alignment.
