Brief Description: Match drill bottom of skin and spar #30
Match drill the #30 holes on the bottom of the elevator skin, leaving the holes near the bearing cut-outs #40. Take off the skin and match drill the 3 #40 holes between E-902 spar and E-906 rot rib flange. Match drill the 6 #30 holes between the spar and the counterbalance arm.
