Brief Description: Building the elev. counter balance arm
Cleco the E-903 and E-904 ribs together. Adjust the flanges and flute so the ribs match each other. Got a good match. Cleco on the E-913 counterbalance skin. A few holes were misalligned so re flute. Finally reasonable fit one or two holes still slightly misalligned (cannot adjust any more). The difference is very small, less than 1/8 of the hole diameter.
