Brief Description: Cleco and match drill stiffeners to skin
Cleco stiffeners and spar to right elevator and check for fit. Move clecos to inside of both right and left elevators and match drill both sides of the skin to the stiffeners. Cleco top and match drill, remove clecos, then cleco bottom and match drill. Repeat for other side
