Brief Description: Pickup QB Kit in Loveland ABF Terminal
Meet Bob with 16' car trailer at ABF freight terminal to pick up QB kit. Both crate looks very good, no damage. They load crates with forklift on trailer. Drive home without incident. Unpack wing crate on trailer by removing one side. After loosening 2 crews for eack wing they lift out without any problems. Unpack fuselage crate by removing the top plywood, then the 2X4 stiffeners on the top of the crate and then one side of the crate. Unpack loose parts from fuselage, then lift out fuselage. 2 screws have to be removed at the wing attach points at both side, then remove rope from tail section. Discard lumber and packing paper after carefully checking for hidden parts.
