Cleco the VS-808PP spar doubler to the VS-803PP rear spar, then cleco on the 3 hinge brackets. Back drill the six hole pattern through the upper VS-410PP.Prepare the 4 ribs (debur, flute). Cleco the ribs to the front and back spars. Final drill #30 the rear spar and rear spar doubler, the hinge brackets and rib to spar attach holes. Cleco the VS-801PP skin to the skeleton.
