Brief Description: Adjust microstop cage for countersinking
Dimple a test piece of 0.025 scrap aluminum, use #40 drill to drill holes into test piece approximately same thickness as spar flange. Adjust microstop cage just deep enough for the dimpled test piece to lay flush against the test spar flange. Countersink a few holes on the spar flange and check for fit. To get good fit there is not much meat at the bottom of the countersunk hole, but according to Van's this is OK. Fabricate dimpleing table top.
