Brief Description: Set-up jig cradle block and cleco.
Cut jig cradle block with bend saw. Set-up 2 jig cradle block by clamping them to the bench. Found out I need more than two cradle blocks to make life easier. Nose ribs are impossible to fit with just two blocks. Take everything apart and make two more jigs. Set-up three blocks and and place the right skin in the blocks. This time the skin looks better, but the nose ribs have to be narrowed at the tip to fit properly. The two ends look good, but the middle have to be adjusted after drilling and disassembling. After clecoing the nose ribs I clecoed the front spar sub-assembly to the nose ribs and to the skin, the main ribs, and the back spar sub-assembly. It looks great.
