Brief Description:  Start engine for fuel flow figures

I met Bob Eggleston at 9AM to help me pulling the engine out of the hangar and to start it to record fuel flow figures at different RPMs. This went smoothly and here is the data:
2.2 GPH 700 RPM
3.4 GPH 1000 RPM
3.5 GPH 1200 RPM
4.0 GPH 1400 RPM
4.7 GPH 1500 RPM
5.3 GPH 1600 RPM
5.9 GPH 1700 RPM
6.3 GPH 1800 RPM
Before engine start we removed and inspected all 8 spark plugs and re-torqued them to 35 foot pounds. Re-checked all connections.
After pushing the airplane back into the hangar we removed the ELT antenna to install the rubber washer that forms a moisture seal between the antenna base and aircraft structure. During the earlier installation this washer accidentally fell off without us noticing it. This as usual was very difficult on my body.
