Earlier I located the seat floors and match drilled the four 3/32" holes into the top flanges of the crotch starp brackets. Now I drilled out these holes for AN515-8R8 screws. Removed the brackets. deburred and installed the nutplates. Cheked screw hole alignment on the left side. Looks good (3rd picture).
