After careful consideration I finally decided to remove the propeller from the airplane and remove the offset from the propeller. The riveting of the gap filler just didn’t satisfy me and decided to drill out the rivets and now with the propeller removed it was a lot easier to re-rivet the filler plate on the back bulkhead. At the same time I also painted the back plate and the two gap filler plates; actually it was more of a touch up job.
