This week was a lost week because of some medical problems (too many doctors). Today I put everything back together and started working on fitting and installing the two springs between the manual aileron trim device and the control stick as per OP-20 drawing. This has been a long trial and error job with many false starts with the 0.041 stainless steel safety wire. I must have made at least 4-5 iteration of this connection before I got the wire tension OK (maybe a bit too tight, but if I loosen it the relaxed position is too loose). Since this can be adjusted later fairly easy I will consider the job done.
