Brief Description: Wing skin to fuselage belly skin screws
Match drilled the fuselage belly skin where it overlaps the bottom wing skin on the right wing. There are 8 plate nuts on the wing skin that had to be match drilled on the fuselage skin. Earlier I drew the reference lines on the wing skin from the plate nut centers about 10 inches to the outboard side and marked the spots. To locate the holes for the plate nuts I used these measurements and a hole-duplicator to drill the holes. I ordered better quality hole duplicators and these holes came out perfect compared to the left wing where there were slight misalignments on two holes. Although the skin doesn’t lay flat against the wing skin, it is a lot better than on the left wing.
