Brief Description: Horizontal Stabilizer Tips

Glued in the styrofoam fill and fiberglassed the open end of the horizontal stabilizer tips. Tomorrow I will have to add more fiberglass and fill material to smooth out the opening. Worked also on the tail recognition light wiring.
