Earlier I installed all in the cockpit brake lines using 4AN steel braided lines. At that point the 45 degree Bulkhead Union was installed but not fastened. Today it took me a good hour and a half to accomplish this task - very tight quarters was the main reason. After this was accomplished I installed the breaklines on the landing gear legs using two 40 inch steel braided lines pre-assembled by the Pegasus company. I used plastic spiral wrap to protect the gear legs from the abrasive effect of the steel lines. Fastened the lines with temporary fasteners to be replaced by Pro-Pack PVC Tape at a later time.
