Install the Tosten Manufacturing Control Grip on the right control stick. The control stick on the right side is removable. Unfortunately it was a very poor fit as received from VANS. It took me almost 2 hours to sand the control stick to make it fit. Once this was done I measured the clearence between the control grip and the panel. Cut the control stick, filed and sanded the cut and drilled the screw hole using the #12 drill. Since the control stick was removable the it was a lot easier to locate the screw hole.
