Install the HS-911 assembly by installing the AN4-12A bolt, two 5702-95-30 washers and 4 AN960-416 washers (two on each side). I used a special tool designed to hold the washers. This made this a bit easier, but not a breeze by any means. Install the nut and AN960-416 washer and tighten. Very difficult to tightn the nut, but managed with a universal joint that Bob Eggelston loand to me. The bolt came too close to the elevator horns, but it worked.
