Make two brackets from 2" aluminum angle stock. Drill the holes for the headset and mic jacks. Fit and drill the brackets for the pilot side. I decided to attach this bracket to the left stiffener of the ExpBus tray. This gives me a somewhat hidden but easily accessible location for the headset plugs. Paint the brackets with black paint.
