Rivet top side to skeleton and use straps to draw skin around leading edge to mark rib locatins. Unstrap to drill pilot holes in skin then restrap to drill through and cleco. Continuously check to ensure skeleton remains square. After drilling, open up skin, debur all holes, prep and apply corrosion protection.
Top skin reveted and H-stab turned over to inspect rivets and position on bench.
Skin strapped and check for square and no twist. The rib lines, spar and front attach holes located.
