I have now installed gauge 18 wire for strobe/nav light. Reinforced inside of fibreglass tip with a 0,6 mm AL plate, for a stiffer installation of strobelight. Than rivet fibreglass tip to wing. To get right shape on the outer wing end, I cut a board piece to same profile as nose rib.
I am not really satisfied, because wing structure is too weak in the outer end. The upper skin is not tensioned enought, outside of center rib 9.
I installed refuling door 6-W-8-55, hingle SF141, Dzuz, spring, washer and the o-ring.
Installed baggage door 6-WLO-1-1, hingle 6-WLO-1-50, and camlocks with countersunk 2 mm rivets.
