Now hinges has arrived. A lot of testing starts to confirm position of side hinges. Side skins and doubler marked, and cut. Hinges attached with clecos. Cut to 400 mm. Horisontal hinges placed on upper/lower cowling, to start with a minimum of clecos. I could not follow the already cut line, the hinge pin get stucked and can´t be moved. Now hinge points down in front end, and pin can be withdrawn as supposed. Reason, horisontal cut does not correspond to center of propeller-hub opening. And shape of upper cowling is not ideal, it´s more flat than sides. Sidehinge to fuselage, riveted with countersunk1/8" rivets. I used 5/32" rivets for all others, big domed head to fiberglass feels safer.
