After removing the PeelPly I sanded top cowling and add polyester filler. Sanded again and 2 more layers of filler. And cleaned away all dust. Next step is to finally fix cowling. I'm a little worried about how good Dzus fasteners holding the cowling. So I will try hinges instead. Wait for delivery.
