I installed 6 rivnuts, 914015M4, to inspection frame 6-W-9-54 and rivet it to wing-tip skin. Next, measure and drill holes for fiberglass tip. 3,2 mm rivets with 40 mm pitch. I drilled a 7 mm hole for strobe wire and grommet. To get fiberglass tip in position is not an easy task, it was a lot of trial installations and removals before everything fit. Finally, the parts riveted together. Finally the shim 6-W-8-58 installed at end of aileron hingle.
